Founder & President

Lee is an entrepreneur who loves helping people become their best. “We all, myself included, bring more objects into our homes and offices over time than we remove. Without a plan, our spaces can quickly become overwhelmed, and our emotions follow. One of the best feelings in the world is knowing I’ve reduced chaos, confusion and stress for one of my clients. I’ve started several businesses, and what they all have in common is my goal of giving my clients peace of mind knowing they are organized and have systems to keep things that way.”

Lee is a published author in “Exceptional Lives – Special Education in Today’s Schools, multiple editions”. She has also been quoted in Better Homes and Gardens, featured in Mobile Bay Monthly, ADDVance Magazine and Golden Tips for Getting Organized. For over 30 years she has been passionate about helping homeowners, corporate, professional and small business clients become better organized while improving overall efficiency.

Melanie

Operations manager

For more than 20 years Melanie has been assisting small businesses in growth and development. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs elevate their business to the next level. By managing key projects and operations, she allows clients to focus on strategic growth and development.

Melanie has a background in administration, finance and real estate. She resides in Fairhope, Alabama, and loves to spend time cooking in her kitchen and building or remodeling homes. She is excellent at working with people who have schedules or projects that keep them too busy. Melanie can show you how to prioritize and work through situations to reach successful solutions.

Jackie J.

Project Manager

Jackie is a dedicated professional with over 25 years of experience as an educator, where organization, planning and stewardship were essential to her work. Managing classrooms, balancing diverse needs and creating structure shaped the skills she now brings to Organizing Associates.

As a mother of three, Jackie understands the importance of spaces that support daily life while still feeling calm and inviting. She is passionate about creating environments that are both beautiful and functional. Her work often includes guiding clients through relocations, downsizing and estate transitions, where clarity, care and steady support matter most.

Jackie is proud to bring her experience and perspective to Organizing Associates, helping clients navigate change with confidence while ensuring their spaces feel organized, intentional and truly livable.

Kathryn

VP of Marketing

Kathryn brings a thoughtful blend of administrative experience, organizational skill and years of experience with Organizing Associates. Having worked alongside her mother and OAI President Lee Donald on and off since high school, she understands the heart of the company and the care that goes into every project.

Her professional background includes time working in Washington, D.C., followed by roles in engineering administration and as an executive assistant to leadership in the insurance industry after returning home. These experiences strengthened her attention to detail, communication skills and ability to manage complex information with clarity and calm.

Above all, she believes a home should feel warm, inviting and restorative: a place of respite from busy schedules and everyday demands. She is excited to bring that perspective, along with her organizational strengths and experience with OAI, to support clients in creating spaces that feel both beautiful and peaceful.

Bridget

Bridget believes there are enough resources and materials available today to make our everyday lives beautiful and functional. Her leadership experience with non-profit organizations over the past 25 years has earned her problem-solving skills in an array of environments, cultures and personalities. With a strong vision and work ethic, she provides homes and businesses with living and workspaces that assist people at being their best.

Bridget and her husband of 25 years have four children and reside in Mobile, Alabama. They currently own a custom woodworking company as well as a non-profit missional organization with ties to Honduras, Albania and Israel. She loves traveling, baking bread and making music.

Jackie G.

Jackie G. is a valued member of the Organizing Associates team, known for her dedication, reliability and strong attention to detail. She brings years of hands-on experience supporting clients through unpacking, sorting and thoughtfully setting up spaces so they feel complete and ready to use.

Jackie has a natural ability to understand a client’s needs and follow through with care and consistency, even during high-stress projects. Her calm presence, patience and willingness to help wherever needed make her an essential part of many complex and specialty-focused services.

Whether assisting with detailed home setups, seasonal transitions, or special projects that require an extra level of care, Jackie is trusted by both clients and team members alike for her hardworking nature and steady support.

Mary

Mary helps clients bring order and clarity to busy, cluttered homes. With a practical and approachable style, she focuses on building organizing solutions that support each client’s routines and priorities.

Before working hands-on in home organization, Mary spent 12 years in the technology field, where she specialized in breaking down complex software concepts and translating them into clear, structured documentation. That experience sharpened her ability to see patterns, simplify complexity and design efficient frameworks.

Mary believes organization is about more than tidying up; it’s about reducing stress, creating clarity and helping clients feel more in control of their space and time.

Haley

Haley creates spaces that feel cohesive, intentional and visually balanced. With a natural eye for detail, she enjoys shaping everyday areas into environments that feel thoughtful, welcoming and easy to live in.

Before joining the organizing industry, Haley spent 10 years as an elementary school teacher. In the classroom, she became skilled at creating structured, engaging spaces where everything had a clear purpose. That background informs her ability to design organizing solutions that are practical, flexible and intuitive for clients to use.

Haley believes that well-designed organization brings simplicity and confidence to daily life, allowing clients to fully enjoy their spaces both visually and functionally.

Cameron

Cameron is a valued member of the Organizing Associates team, known for his reliability, strong work ethic and hands-on support across a wide range of projects. Having worked with OAI for several years, he brings a steady, capable presence to every job and consistently helps projects move forward efficiently.

Cameron plays an important role in on-site setup and logistics, including preparing spaces, assisting with installations and supporting the movement of materials and products from storage to the job site. His ability to anticipate project needs, stay organized and work independently makes him an essential part of both organizing and relocation work.

Dependable and hardworking, Cameron takes pride in seeing projects through from start to finish. His positive attitude and get-it-done mindset make him a trusted support for both clients and team members alike.

April

April brings a thoughtful blend of design, technical expertise and problem-solving to Organizing Associates. With a degree in interior design and professional experience in commercial architecture, she approaches every space with both creativity and practicality in mind.

Over the course of her career, she has worked across engineering and project management roles, where she developed strong skills in strategic thinking, client communication and finding smart, workable solutions to complex challenges. She is known for considering multiple approaches, thinking beyond the obvious and staying focused on the end goal.

Detail-oriented and vision-driven, April enjoys seeing ideas take shape from concept to completion. She brings an energetic, can-do mindset to her work, supporting both clients and team members as she helps turn thoughtful ideas into beautifully executed, functional spaces.
